Ezuthola is a digital platform providing AI-powered document generation services. As our products are purely digital (PDF/DOCX files), we do not ship any physical products to your address.

Please read our delivery policy below:

1. Method of Delivery

Since our products are digital, delivery takes place electronically through the following methods:

  • Instant Download: Once your payment is successful and the document generation is complete, a "Download" button will appear on your dashboard. You can instantly save the file (PDF or DOCX) to your device.
  • Email Delivery: A copy of the generated document will also be sent automatically to your registered email address as an attachment.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Processing: Documents are typically generated and ready for download instantly (within seconds) after the user input is processed.
  • Email Delays: While emails are triggered immediately, please allow 5-10 minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox, depending on server traffic or your email provider. (Please check your Spam/Junk folder if not received).

3. Shipping Charges

No Shipping Fees: Since there is no physical delivery involves, there are Zero (0) shipping or handling charges. You only pay for the document generation service or wallet recharge.

4. International Access

Our services are accessible globally. However, the documents generated are tailored specifically for the legal and official context of Kerala, India. Users accessing the service from outside India will receive the files digitally in the same manner.

5. Issues with Delivery

If you have successfully made a payment but:

  • The document generation failed/stuck.
  • You did not receive the email.
  • The download link is not working.

Please contact our support team immediately. We will verify your transaction and manually send the document to you or refund the amount to your Ezuthola Wallet.
