  • Name & Email: Collected via Google Login (Socialite) for authentication.
  • Phone Number: Required for profile verification and payment processing.
  • Address: Used to auto-fill the "From Address" in your generated documents.

B. Document Data

  • User Inputs: The text you type or speak (via Voice Input) to generate letters, RTI applications, or agreements.
  • Generated Content: The final drafts created by our AI.

Note: We process this data solely to generate your requested documents.

C. Payment Information

We DO NOT store your credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.

All payments are processed by our secure third-party partner, Razorpay. We only store the Transaction ID, Payment Status, and Date for our records.

D. Technical Data

IP Address, Browser Type, and Device Information to ensure security and prevent fraud.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To generate high-quality letters and documents using Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini API).
  • Transactions: To process your wallet recharges and manage your credits via Razorpay.
  • Communication: To send you the generated documents (PDF/DOCX) via email, transactional alerts (e.g., "Recharge Successful"), and OTPs.
  • Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve our AI prompts and templates.
  • Security: To detect and prevent fraudulent activities or misuse of the platform.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We respect your privacy and do not sell your personal data to advertisers. We share data only with essential third-party service providers:

  • Google Gemini AI: Your document inputs are sent to Google's AI engine to generate the content. (Read Google's Privacy Policy for more details).
  • Web Speech API + Deepgram AI: For voice interview features, we use NASA-trusted speech recognition technology to process your voice inputs securely.
  • Razorpay: To process payments securely.
  • Resend/Email Services: To deliver your generated documents to your inbox.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority (e.g., in cases of misuse for illegal activities).

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • All data transmission is encrypted using SSL/TLS (HTTPS) protocols.
  • Passwords and sensitive tokens are hashed and stored securely.
  • Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Voice Data

Ezuthola uses the browser's native Web Speech API for voice-to-text functionality. We do not store your raw audio files on our servers. The voice data is processed in real-time to convert it into text for document generation.

We use cookies to maintain your session (keep you logged in) and to remember your preferences (like your preferred language). You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to use the Service.

You have the right to:

  • Access: View the personal data we hold about you (via your Profile).
