Thank you for choosing Ezuthola. We strive to provide the best AI-powered document generation
service. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding refunds and
cancellations.
1. Nature of Service
Ezuthola offers digital services (document drafting). Since the service is delivered
instantly (via download of PDF/DOCX), there is no physical product to return.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds ONLY under the following specific circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If money was deducted from your bank account/wallet,
but the wallet recharge failed or the document was not generated due to a technical
error on our side.
- Double Deduction: If the same transaction was charged twice due to a
server glitch.
In such cases, please contact us immediately. We will verify the transaction logs and process
a full refund to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We DO NOT offer refunds in the following cases:
- User Error: If you entered incorrect details (spelling mistakes, wrong
address, wrong category) in the document. You are responsible for reviewing the preview
before downloading.
- Change of Mind: If you generated a document but decided later that you
do not need it.
- Unused Wallet Balance: Credits added to the Ezuthola Wallet are
non-transferable and cannot be refunded to your bank account. They must be used within
the platform to generate documents.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Transactional Service: Since our service is "Pay-per-document" or
"Wallet-based," there is no subscription to cancel.
- Account Deletion: You may choose to stop using the service at any time.
If you wish to delete your account, please contact support. Note that deleting an
account will permanently forfeit any remaining wallet balance.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
If your refund request is approved:
- We will initiate the refund within 3-5 business days.
- The amount will be credited back to your original payment source (Credit Card, Debit
Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing
time.
